I am delighted that my first cardboard picture book will be published in August 2025: Mouse goes on a great journey in the publishing house Edition Pastorplatz.
On 12 March 2025 at 16:00, there will be a reading from my picture book Not without my duck in the community library in Gilching. All parents between the Alps and the Elbe are strongly encouraged to attend with their children.
My elephant from An elephant in our city is now also cycling through Brazil, the USA and Canada. Here are the links to the Brazilian (Portuguese) and American editions of the book. I am very pleased to find a review of the American edition at Kirkus Reviews, which describes the book as a simple story of boundless imagination and a child’s willingness to believe.
I am delighted that I was able to read from my picture books at the kindergardens Arche Noah (formerly: Tegelhörn) and Edendorf in Itzehoe on 15 November 2024. Here is a report from SH:Z about this wonderful event.
On 2 and 3 November 2024 I will again be taking part in the Flensburger Ateliertage (Flensburg Studio Days). I am looking forward to your visit to my studio.
In spring 2025, my picture book An elephant in our town will be published in English by Clavis publishing in the USA and Canada.
I have been listed as an author with the Friedrich-Bödecker-Kreis e.V. since June 2024 and am happy to receive enquiries about workshops and readings.
On 18 February 2024, the finissage of Frosch findet Krone – ein Kinderbuch entsteht (Frog finds crown – a children's book is born) will take place at the Museumsberg Flensburg, with an extensive programme.
At the end of January 2024, my fourth picture book Frosch findet Krone (Frog finds crown) will be published by PICUS publishing house in Vienna. Click here for the corresponding article in the SH:Z.
The German television channel NDR broadcast a report on my exhibition at the Museumsberg Flensburg on 31 October 2023 in the programme Schleswig-Holstein-Magazin (see below). The report was broadcast again on 6 January 2024.
From September 2023 to January 2024, an interactive solo exhibition with my picture books will take place at the Museumsberg in Flensburg, for children and adults alike. Click here for the corresponding article in the SH:Z.

From April to October 2022, pictures of mine will be on display in the exhibition Aufgepasst: Kunst (Watch out: Art) in the Holmpassage Flensburg.
In September 2021, my picture book Ein Elefant in unserer Stadt (An elephant in our town) was published by the Belgian publishing house Clavis in Flemish.
In November and December 2020, my works will be on display as part of the autumn exhibition at the Alte Spedition gallery in Gladbeck.
From 20 September to 8 November 2020, the illustrations for my picture book Ein Elefant in unserer Stadt (An elephant in our town) can be seen at the museum Het Stadsmus in Hasselt (Belgium). The book is one of the seven nominated works in the Key Colours competition 2020 (out of a total of 458 applications) and will be published by Clavis publishing house in autumn 2021.
In June and July 2020, I will be represented at the Museumsberg Flensburg in the exhibition Flensburg. Kauft. Kunst (Flensburg buys Art).
In March 2020, the publisher Edition Pastorplatz from Aachen published my picture book Wenn Line nachts nicht schlafen kann (When Line cannot sleep at night).
